为建立符合我国国情的、客观、有效、灵敏的医疗风险评估体系,本文运用循证医学的原理和方法,分析评价美国医疗风险监测及预警机制的现状、对策和问题,并对我国建立和健全医疗风险预警机制提出可行性建议。

To establish a China situation confirmed,objective,effective and sensitive medical risk evaluation system,based on the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine,the status,measures and problems of medical risk monitoring and alert system in America is analyzed.Practicable suggestion to build and improve the medical risk alert system in China is also presented.
