摘要
首次在固相条件下微波辐射N,N-二烷基-4-亚硝基苯胺盐酸盐和2-萘酚衍生物快速合成苯并[a]吩嗪衍生物,得到苯并[a]吩嗪离子氯化物3a—3f,且收率较高.此外,N,N-二甲基-4-亚硝基苯胺盐酸盐和1。
A new methodology quickly leading to benzo phenoxazine derivatives is reported. The mixture of N,Ndialkyl4nitrosoaniline hydrochloride and 2naphthol derivatives was irradiated in domestic microwave oven in the absence of solvent to afford benzoa]phenoxazonium chlorides 3a_3f with a high yield and the results were compared with the conditions reacted in supporters, oilbath or solvent. Moreover, a new laser dye 9dimethylamino6carbethoxy5Hbenzo phenoxazin5one was prepared.
