The accuracy of medical records shows whether the act of medical personnel is standard and the medical quality and level of it, with the continual expand application of medical records. Information symmetry not only can provide correct and perfect data and basis of policy decision for hospital decision-maker, but also can provide practicable scientific basis for cost management, market orientation and target management. The asymmetry medical records information could lead to serious consequences, such as to bring concealed damage for both doctor and patient and lots of social contradiction. In the hospital management, it should concern about how to avoid the consequences caused by asymmetry medical records and to improve application value of it.
