The Practice and Exploration of Clinical and Scientific Research Abilities Training of Seven-year-program Medical Student

根据国务院学位委员会和教育部的文件精神及7年制学生的培养目标,进行了临床医学七年制学生的临床科研能力协同培养的实践与探索。经过培训使医学生具有较强的临床分析和思维能力,能独立处理内科领域内的常见病、多发病,注意呼吸科临床路径病种中的病案书写,便之达到法律、法规、行业标准、医教研、医保的要求。同时加强了导师与师资队伍建设,培养了一支医、教、研全面发展的品学兼优的教学队伍,他们的带教意识与教学水平不断提高。在导师的启发或指导下,学生进行科研选题,提出科研假设,设计研究或实验方案,回答科学问题,完成开题报告,并参与进行实验和临床资料收集等科研工作。导师指导小组定期组织学生进行课题进展报告,研究数据的资料分析与总结,撰写和修改论文,培养学生的数据分析处理、逻辑思维与语言表达能力。这样不仅有利于提高学生的科研能力,也对学生临床思维和临床能力的培养起到了重要促进作用。在对学生进行科研能力培养时,贯穿始终的是通过教育、制度或措施、以及导师的以身作则与严格要求,培养学生创新、严谨、求实的科研作风。

according to document of State Council academic degree committee and education ministry, we practice and explore clinical and scientific research abilities training of seven-year-program. Through training, medical students possess clinical analysis abilities. They can handle common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases of internal medicine, medical writing of clinical pathway of respiratory department which can achieve the requirements of law and regulations, professional standard, medical teaching and insurance. To strengthen the construction of tutors and teachers that can train a teaching group of comprehensive development in medicine, teaching and research. Their teaching consciousness and level improve continually. Under the guidance of tutors, students can do the scientific work, such as research topic selection, scientific research hypothesis; research or experiment plan design; thesis report completeness and experiment and clinical materials collection. The tutor guiding group organizes student having topic progress report, analysis and summary of research data, thesis writing and amendment; data analysis, logic thought and language expression abilities training. That not only is beneficial for improving students’ scientific research abilities, but also plays an important role for their clinical though and abilities training. They train students’ scientific and research abilities through education, system or measures, strict requirement and setting an example for students. They develop student having innovation, rigorous and realistic style of work.
