摘要
柔性版印刷在世界范围内得到快速的发展,被越来越多的印刷界人士所接受,并在印刷中占据越来越重要的地位。它已被列为当今四大印刷方式之一。在印刷比较发达的国家,柔性版印刷技术已经十分成熟。从设备的制造、版材的开发、再到印前制版及上机印刷,每个环节都有一个良好的系统标准,这也是国外柔性版印刷发展较我国快速的主要原因。而在我国,柔性版印刷还缺少一套系统的规划。就柔性版制版中的曝光时间与所选用版材间的参数确定就需要做一系统的研究。本文就是通过研究不同制版时间对版材的底基厚度、网点还原、阴线深度、表面结构等的影响,详细阐述了华光3.94mm柔性版制版参数的建立,考察了版材的曝光曲线。结果表明,华光3.94mm柔性版制版曝光宽容度大,网点还原性良好,能够满足使用要求。
With the fast development in the world of the flexographic printing,it has been received by more and more people in the printing field. And it is increasing in important printing field. It has been regarded as one of the Four Printing Methods. Flexo printing technology has already ripen. From the making of equipment, the development of plate, to the printing on press and preprinting plat making. Every process has a good system standard. And main reason is that flexo printing at abroad develops faster than that at home. In our country, flexo printing is still short of a set of system rules. According to the exposure time of flexcel plate making, and determination of the parameter of the chosen plates system research needs to be done. The article is emphasized on the effect on the different plate-making time, the substrate base depth of the plate,screen dot reproduction, negative line depth surface stracture and so on. It describe in details the found of Hua Guang 3. 94mm flexocel plate making parameters. And explore the curve of the plates. The results show Hua Guang 3. 94mm flexocel plates has wide exposure latitude ,good screen dot reproduet- ing and meet the using.
