Taking the installation of inter-library loan server of IlasII as an example,this paper analyzes the virtual machine technology,expounds the importance of applying virtual machine in IlasII system,puts forward the environmental requirements of installing virtual machine,and probes into the application of the virtual machine technology in the installation of inter-library loan server of the library.
