摘要
介绍了微软可用性指南(MUG)所包含的内容、易用性、促销、定制服务和情感因素等5个方面的主指标,基于公共图书馆网站的特质,从用户的角度出发,提出了加强图书馆网站建设的具体措施。
This paper introduces the contents of MUG including five main indexes the content,accessibility,sales promotion,customized service and affective factor,and based on the peculiarity of public library’s website,and starting from the angle of users,puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the construction of library’s website.
