This paper analyzes the electromagnetic interference of transient electromagnetic process such as the space power frequency electric field and power frequency magnetic field,the system short-circuit（grounding issues）,switching operations,and lightning（grounding issues）,etc.on the secondary system,and introduces in detail some protective measures that could be adopted.
