在人力资源管理中,时常会出现通过绩效考核进行正负激励都没有效果的情况,这时就需要新的激励机制和方法来解决。详细探讨了危机激励法在人力资源管理中的运用。
In human resource management,such situation in which both positive and negative excitation have no effects through performance assessment,needing a new excitation mechanism and method to solve this problem at the time.This paper probes into the application of crisis excitation method in human resource management.
