输变电工程监理目标控制浅述

Talking about the Target Control of the Supervisionon Power Transmissi on and Distribution Project

结合输变电工程特点,运用监理目标控制理论,介绍了输变电监理目标体系,提出可用事前、事中、事后3个控制方法对目标进行有效的闭环控制。

Connecting with the features of power transmission and distribution project,and by using the theory of supervision target control,this paper introduces the supervision target control system of power transmission and distribution project,and points out that the feedforward control,concurrent control and feedback control can be used to make effective closed loop control to the targets.
