激发基层政工干部内动力的几点思考

摘要 基层政工干部由于角色认同偏低、成就动机较弱以及组织归属感不强,导致内动力不足。激发基层政工干部内动力,要优化基层政治工作的大环境,满足基层政工干部的职业归属感;创新管理机制,拓展基层政工干部发展空间;加强组织引导,激发基层政工干部潜能,使他们将工作积极性由被动转化为主动,保持持久活力。 Grass -level political officers' identification is low, and their sense of achievements is weak, and their sense of belonging is not strong, so their inner powers are weak. To motivate the political officers, we should create the good environment for the grass - level political work and the sense of belonging of the grass - level political offleers. Besides, we should innovate the management system and offer more chances for the development of the grass -level political officers. What's more, we should consolidate the leadership as well as encourage the grass -level political officers so that they will work hard willingly and vigorously.
