摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ技术对工业灭菌净中盐酸吗啉胍的分离和定量方法做了探讨，采用非极性Ｃ１８作为固定相，极性溶剂甲醇水（９∶１）作为流动相，建立了一个适宜于工厂质量控制的分析方法，盐酸吗啉胍的检测限为４８ｎｇ；并且考察了流动相的组成、流速、进样体积等对分离灭菌净的色谱分辩率，峰形的影响。本法用于产品分析，结果令人满意。
AmethodtoseparateandanalyzeindustrialmalinguachloratewasdevelopedbyHPLC.Theinfluencesofthecompositionofmobilephase,theeffluentvelocityandtheinjectionvolumeontheresolutionwereinvestigated,andtheoptimalconditionswasdetermined.Theabsolutedetectionlimitofmalinguachloratewas0.06600g.Moreover,thechemicalanalysismethodwastakenasacontroltestforthespeciesandthesameresultswereobtained.
