Synthesis of Nanometer SiC Powder by Microwave Method

摘要 以酚醛树脂、超细炭黑和超细SiO2为原料,用微波加热的方法合成了SiC纳米微粉,用X射线衍射、分析电镜等手段对SiC微粉进行了性能测定,比较并分析了不同的炭源和温度对SiC微粉性能的影响。 A method of synthesizing nanometer SiC powder by microwave heating was developed. Nanometer SiC powder was synthesized by reduction of SiO2withCinatmosphereofargon.UltrafineSiO2powder,phenolformaldehyderesinandcarbonblackwereusedasstartingmaterials.ThepropertiesoftheSiCpowderweredeterminedbymeansofXRD,TEM,andsoon.TheeffectsoftemperatureandcarbontypeontheproductionofSiCpowderswereinvestigated.
