干部教育情景模拟教学中教师角色刍议 被引量:8

摘要 情景模拟教学法在实践中广受干部学员喜爱,而教师正是情景模拟教学能否取得成功的关键。本文探讨了此种教学法对于教师角色的总体要求,并结合培训实例,细致分析了教师在情景模拟教学中的多重角色,并就如何促进教师角色转换提出策略建议。
