摘要
在自制的5升规模反应量热实验装置中,以热平衡为基础建立了搅拌反应器的动态热传递模型,并提出了模型参数的确定方法。实验采用计算机对有关的温度、流量信号实时采集,在线求解出搅拌反应器的放热量。结果表明该量热模型的误差在±9%以内,为反应过程的在线监测和闭环优化控制提供了一个有效的观测方法。
A novel laboratory scale reaction calorimeter was developed to investigate the on line calorimetry for monitoring reaction heat in stirred batch reactors. A general procedure was proposed for determining sequential differentiation of parameters, which must be identified before the reaction calorimeter can be used to determine kinetic data. Comparison of predications obtained by using the proposed model with the experimental data indicated that the model is reliable to use. A low pass filter was set in the system for filtering the high frequencies from the calorimetric signals, which was caused by noise.
