The text introduces Learning and Teaching Strategy of RMIT （2007--2010）from teaching ways, action plan, teaching and learning etc three aspects, analyze its main characteristics and higher vocational education ideas and trend the strategy contains, hope it to act as the use for reference to Chinese higher vocational education.
