摘要
采用水热合成法,合成出小晶粒的Fe-ZSM-5分子筛。分别用X射线粉末衍射技术测定其物相,SEM及粒度分析(SDP)测定了晶粒的大小,并考察了它在MTG反应中的催化性能。结果表明:合成出的小晶粒Fe-ZSM-5分子筛平均只有04~06μm,并且粒度分布均匀,有较大的比表面。
Fe-ZSM-5 zeolite with small crystal sizes was synthesized by hydrothermal method The XRD, SEM and SDP measurements were used to characterize its physical-chemical properties Its catalytic property in MTG reaction was also studied The results show that the synthesized Fe-ZSM-5 is only 0406m in size and the size distribution is very uniform The sample has a relatively larger surface and shows remarkable catalytic properties in MTG reaction
