In this paper the elasicity, plasticity of fine coal are defined; the
confined compression and expansion test of fine coal are presented; the relations among the
elasticity, plasticity of fine coal and briquettability, and their affect factors are analyzed; the
relative formulations and curres are obtained; and the ratio of plasticity and elasticity, which
can quantitatively discribe fine briquettability, is raised
