摘要
研究了Eu对小麦(Triticumaestivum.L)细胞内Ca(2+)含量的影响方式,用原子吸收光谱法对根的可溶性钙,总钙含量进行了测定。结果表明,短时间内Eu(3+)促进根细胞可溶性钙含量增加,而随着处理时间的延长,可溶性钙含量下降,但总钙含量不断增加;对运输Ca(2+)的根细胞质膜和线粒体膜Ca(2+)-ATPase酶活性的测定,表明这两种酶活性随着细胞内可溶性钙含量的变化而变化,以维持细胞内Ca(2+)水平的稳定。Eu(3+)对植物体的作用方式可能是通过调节细胞内Ca(2+)变化来实现的。
The changes of free calcium and total calcium content of wheat(Triticum aestivum L. )root affected by Eu were determined as well as the Ca2+ -ATPase activities of cytoplasm membrane and mitochondria. The results show that Eu2+ improves the free Ca2+ content in a shorttime and then makes it decrease with the time lasting. During this Period, the activities ofCa2+ -ATPase on the cytoplasm and mitochondria also changes with the variation of free Ca2+content to keep the steadiness in cells. It is supposed that rare earth elements affect plant physiology by regulating the Ca2+ level in plant cell.
