摘要
采用气泡最大压力法测定了等摩尔NaCl-KCl体系添加10%,20%,30%及40%ScCl3熔盐体系的密度及表面张力。结果表明:当ScCl3含量相同时,熔体密度及表面张力随着温度的增加而降低;在同一温度下,随着熔体中ScCl3的增加,密度增加,表面张力降低。采用最小二乘法对实验数据进行处理,得到密度及表面张力与温度的回归方程。由实验结果可知,该电解质体系的性质可以满足熔盐电解法制取铝钪合金的要求。
The bubble's largest pressure method was employed to measure the densities and the surface tensions of the N aCL K CI (~molar ) - ScC13 sy ste m in w h ich t he co n ten t s of ScC 13 w ere10%, 20%, 30% and 40%, reSistively. The results show that with increase of the temperature, 'the densities and the surface tentions of the melts decrease at constant content of ScCl3;with increase of content of ScCl3 in the melts, the densities of the melts increase and the surfacetentions of the melts decrease at constant temperature. The least-Square method was used totreat the data, and the regression functions of the densities and the surf are tensions with temperature were given out. It is known from the results that the physicochemical properties of theNaCl- KCl (equimolar ) - ScCl3 system can meet the requirements of preparation of Al-Sc alloys bymolten salt electrolysis.
