摘要
研究了HCl溶液中KBrO3-KBr紫外分光光度法测定水杨酸的条件,建立了测定痕量水杨酸的新方法。结果表明,在0.6mol/LHCl,3×10-5mol/LKBrO3,5×10-4mol/LKBr,6×10-4mol/LKI溶液中测定水杨酸,其线性范围为0.2~4.0mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.9×104Lmol-1cm-1,Sandel为7.3μg/cm2。本法用于复方苯甲酸溶液中水杨酸的测定,获满意结果。
In this paper,a new method for the determination of trace salicylic acid was established. The condition for the determination of trace salicylic acid by KBrO3KBr and UV spectrophotometry in the HCl solution were studied.It is shown that the linear range, apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell are 0.204.0mg/L, 1.9104Lmol-1cm-1and 7.3g/cm2, respectively, for the determination of salicylid in 0.6mol/L HCl, 310-5mol/L KBrO3,510-4mol/L KBr, 610-4mol/L KI solution. This method has been used to determine salicylic acid in ethanol solution of compound benzoic acid with satisfactory results.
