摘要
利用α-羰基—硫代半缩醛与脂肪基取代脲反应合成了六个新的咪唑啉二酮类衍生物,并用IR,NMR,MS和元素分析进行测定,最后用X四圆衍射仪确定了它们的结构.
1-alkyl-5-phenyl-2,4-imidazolidinediones (4a^4f) have been synthesized by the reaction of a-keto hemithioacetal (1) and alkylureas (3a ~ 3f) in the slightly acidic medium. The structure of compounds (4a^4f) were confirmed by the MS, NMR, IR spectra, elementary analysis and X-ray' diffraction study. This reaction provides a new convenient method for synthesis of 1,5-disubstituted-2,4-imidazolidinediones.
