摘要 K黄金首饰在加工过程中,经常会出现颜色不符合客户要求,以及枝晶状表面、夹杂等问题。这些问题的出现与K黄金的合金元素组分有着密切的关系。文中研究了合金元素组分对K黄金密度、颜色、铸态硬度和加工硬化程度等影响,并提出了设计其成分时,需要综合考虑颜色要求以及加工性能的要求。 Karat gold,which is widely used in jewelry industry,often has some problems during manufacture procedure,such as improper color,dendrite,inclusion and so on. Most of the problems are closely related to alloy elements within Karat gold. This paper discusses the influences of alloy elements upon the density,color,cast hardness and work hardening behavior. It is revealed that the demand of color and the processing performance must be synthetically considered during component design.
