Modem educational technology provides the unprecedented opportunity for the development of college English teaching and learning. Based on the content of computer assisted foreign language instruction stated in College English Curriculum Requirements, this paper discusses the issue of how to improve the quali- ty of college English teaching and learning by making full use of modem educational technology.
