最优化方法在确定微生物反应代谢途径中的应用 被引量:4

DETERMINATION OF THE METABOLISM PATHWAYS OF MICROBE REACTION USING OPTIMIZATION METHOD

摘要 生物体内进行的代谢反应错综复杂。但生物体是在动态平衡状态下生存发育的。因此,任何一类生化反应都应有一定的约束条件,并在最优化原理的支配下完成。基于这样一种认识,提出了利用最优化改进单纯形法计算微生物反应的代谢途径的方法。文中给出了黑曲菌进行柠檬生产反应的应用实例。 Metabolic pathways carried out in an organism are tremendously intricate.Dynamic equilibria,however,are elementary states and processes for living and growing of organisms.Hence,any kind of bio chemical reactions proceed and complete under the domination of optimum principles with certain constraints.Based on this consideration,determination is proposed of metabolic pathways of microbial reactions by a optimization method in this work.An example of aspergillus niger metabolism producing citric acid demonstrates that the pathways simulated by computer agree fairly well with experimental results.
