摘要
在简化流程的基础上,对脱碳过程的吸收塔进行了模拟计算,考察了功与压力之间的关系,获得了它们之间的关系曲线。考察了蒸汽转化和压缩工段,分别研究了输出状态与入炉甲烷浓度、入炉CO2浓度之间的关系,水碳比、入炉温度、压力对出口状态的影响,功和压力之间的关系。考察了合成工段,研究了描述合成塔入、出口状态的参变量之间的对应关系,以及精馏工段中的预塔、主塔中发生的过程,分别考察了回流比、压力和流量对塔状态的影响,并获得了相应的结论。
The absorbing tower of decarbon dioxide is simulated with simplification of the process. The simulation results present the relationship between work and pressure. The relationships between the output status of furnace and the input concentrations of methane and carbon dioxide in the workshop sections of steam translation and compression are discussed, respectively. The influences of H2O/C ratio, temperature of furnace input and pressure on the output status of furnace are discussed. The status of the towers and their influence factors in the workshop sections of synthesis and distillation are also studied in this paper.
