通过计算机自动化实现对电信业务系统的各种数据进行数据质量管控,包括检验数据本身正确性、完整性、及时性、数据处理流程正确性、优化数据处理环节和效率、降低处理复杂度、缩短处理时间、提高业务服务质量、处理各种数据异常情况、进行数据质量评估和提供改进数据质量薄弱点可行性方案等工作。通过提供标准的接口规范和组件化功能模式,实现通用的管控平台,从而对各种业务系统和数据进行质量管控。
