摘要
利用代谢网络分析蔗糖对发酵生产十三碳二元酸的影响,分别考察了补加糖的时机和补加量两个因素;在减速产酸期补加糖比在加速产酸期补加糖对产物生成有更大的促进作用,补加质量分数为1.3%的蔗糖,DCA13的产量可提高17.3%。
Bioconversion of \%n\%alkane
into dicarboxylic acid is widely used. In order to understand the cellular events leading to
\%n\%alkane utilization in Candida Tropicalis, a model of the whole metabolic network of alkane
and a mechanism of inhibition of sucrose in oxidation pathway was proposed. To test the model
and inhibition mechanism, the effect of sucrose on \%n\%C\-\{13\} fermentation by a mutant
strain A03 of Candida Tropicalis in shaking flasks was investigated. It was found that the
addition of sucrose after 48 hours from the beginning of production phase increased the
production of DCA\-\{13\} by 17.3%, the corresponding rate of conversion increased by 59.1%.
These results may lead to the better understanding of DCAproducting strain.\=
