舒芬太尼或芬太尼复合麻醉下腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者血栓素A2和前列环素水平的比较 被引量:9

摘要 二氧化碳气腹可引起血液动力学明显变化,内脏血流减少[1],血小板聚集、活化[2],虽然对机体影响短暂,但对潜在缺血或合并血栓疾病患者,气腹可诱发急性冠状动脉综合症、小肠缺血、坏死和术后深部静脉血栓形成等并发症[3-5].血栓素A2(TXA2)和前列环素(PGI2)平衡是维持血管张力和血小板正常功能的主要调节因子[6].
