脂肪肝中医病脉证治思考

Thoughts about Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of Fatty Liver Disease

随着生活水平的提高,近年来脂肪肝发病率日渐升高。脂肪肝已成为当代肝病领域的新挑战,其病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明,在治疗上尚无特异性药物。本文从病因病机、辩证论治、临床验证等方面,综述近年来脂肪肝的中医研究概况。认为中医药在脂肪肝的治疗方面取得了较好的效果,并提出一些思考,旨在指导临床。

The incidence of fatty liver disease has been gradually rising in recent years with enhancement of people＇s living standards.The therapy of fatty liver disease has been a new challenge in liver disease area.The cause and pathogenesis of fatty liver disease haven＇t been exactly explained.There is also no specific agent to cure fatty liver disease.This paper mainly sums up traditional chinese medicine treatment of fatty liver disease including the cause and pathogenesis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy.The traditional chinese medicine therapy of fatty liver disease has achieved good performance.To guide the clinical practice,there are also some thoughts about treatment of fatty liver disease.
