《诸病源候论》积聚候导引法探析

General treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Disease Exploration of Guidance Method for Accumulation

《诸病源候论》在"积聚病诸侯"篇中记述积聚病症共六候,其中积为五脏所生,上下有所穷已;聚为六腑所成,上下无所留止。然而其病因病机都不外乎阴阳不和,脏腑虚弱,正虚邪实。在积聚候的导引法中,根据积聚的正虚邪实的致病特点,以舒展经络之气,通达脏腑气血为主,共列举了六种导引法。

It is recorded that the illness and symptoms of accumulation can be divided into six symptoms in all in the chapter of ＂a great deal of symptoms of disease of accumulation＂ in the book of General treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Disease.Thereinto,the accumulation is given birth to by the five internal organs,there is the end up and down;and the bunch is produced by the six hollow organs,there is not any remain top and bottom.Nevertheless,the etiology and pathogenesis of it is not out of the imbalance of imiong,viscera infirmity,and differentiation of disease.In the guide way of accumulation,according to the pathopoiesia trait of differentiation of disease of accumulation,giving priority to stretching the vital energy of channel and subsidiary channel and qi-blood dredging,I list six types of guide way in all.
