当代名中医治疗肺痨的辨证论治经验统计分析

Analysis the Tuberculosis Treatment of the Experience of Syndrome Differentiation on Contemporary Famous Chinese Medicine

目的:整理分析期刊文献及著作中关于当代名中医对肺痨辨证治疗的经验内容,发掘本病的证治规律,为临床提供参考。方法:将纳入的41篇文献及4本著作(共计45篇)中涉及各当代名中医辨证治疗肺痨的内容进行统计分析。结果:期刊文献及著作共涉及4种治则,其中补虚培元合抗痨杀虫出现频次最多;共涉及22种证型,其中阴虚火旺、气阴两虚、肺脾两虚、肺阴亏损、上焦瘀血、阴阳两虚、痰热蕴肺、肺肾两虚8个证型出现频次最多。针对这8个证型,使用频次最高的方剂分别为百合固金汤合秦艽鳖甲散、保真汤、四君子汤合参苓白术散、月华丸、香附旋覆花汤、补天大造丸、二陈汤合三子养亲汤、左归饮合六味地黄丸。结论:由各当代名中医对肺痨的辨证论治的认同度统计,本病病性为本虚标实,本虚涉及气血阴阳虚,以阴虚为主;标实涉及火、痰、瘀,以火为主。治则以补虚培元合抗痨杀虫为主。名中医的经验为临床辨证论治肺痨提供参考依据。

Objective：Analyze the serial literature and works on contemporary of Famous Chinese medicine for tuberculosis treatment of the experience of syndrome differentiation,and excavate tuberculosis treatment law to provide reference to clinical treatment.Measurements：Incorporate the literature and 41 article 4 works（in this article 45） involved in the modern famous Famous Chinese medicine treatment of tuberculosis syndrome differentiation into the contents of statistical analysis.Results：In the serial literature and works there are four kinds of treatment principle.Among them,＂ To strengthen one＇s physique＂ and ＂Therapy of killing mycobacterial tuberculosis＂ occure more often than any.In statistics there are total of 22 types of syndrome differentiation.Among them,＂Yin asthenia causing fire,deficiency of both qi and yin,Deficiency of both lung and spleen,The loss of the lungs,upper blood stasis,Simultaneous deficiency of both yin and yang,Phlegm and heat in lungs,Lung-kidney dual vacuity＂ occure more often than any.For the 8 types of syndrome differentiation,corresponds to the highest frequency of prescriptions are ＂Baihegujin Tang Qinjiaobiejia San,Baozhen Tang,Sijunzi Tang Shenglingbaizhu San,Yuehua Wan,Xiangfuxuanfuhua Tang,Butiandazao Wan,Erchen Tang Sanziyangqin Tang,Zuogui Yin Liuweidihuang Wan＂.Conclusion：By the modern Famous Chinese medicine for the treatment of tuberculosis recognized degree statistics can draw that,nature of the illness is ＂Deficiency in origin and Excess in superficiality＂,＂Deficiency in origin＂ includes asthenia of qi,blood,yin and yang,with yin deficiency based;＂Excess in superficiality＂ includes fire,phlegm and blood stasis,with fire excess based;Treatment principles ＂To strengthen one＇s physique＂ and ＂ Therapy of killing mycobacterial tuberculosis＂ mainly.The clinical experience of Famous Chinese medicine provides reference information for syndrome differentiation of treatment of tuberculosis.
