摘要
目前数字化测量技术已成为飞机柔性装配的关键技术之一,数字化测量过程所引起的不确定度问题是其中的研究热点。基于新一代产品几何技术规范,构建了涵盖不确定度评估、方案规划及测量数据后置处理一体化的测量系统的总体技术框架,并就其中的关键技术做了初步探讨。
Digital measurement technology has now become one of the key technologies of aircraft flexible assembly. Uncertainty caused by digital measurement is one of the hotspot. Based on the next-generation geometrical product specification, the overall technical framework of the measurement system is constructed,which covers uncertainty assessment, scheme planning and integration of measuring and data-processing. Some key technologies in the field are discussed
