介绍了轻型英制钛合金高锁螺栓的产品特点,叙述其关键制造加工技术,如全型面磨削、短螺纹收尾成型、铝涂层表面涂覆等,实现了轻型高锁螺栓的国内制造。
The features of light-weight bolt are introduced,and key manufacturing technology is depicted ,especially the whole profile grinding for workpiece,shortened runout thread forming, aluminum corrosion inhibiting coatings,etc. Light-weight bolt is realized manufacturing in China.
