农地产权制度文献回顾与评述

The Literature Review for the Farmland Tenure Institutional Arrangements

回顾了我国改革开放以后的农地制度安排与变迁,并对各个阶段的农地制度的效果做了简单的回顾,重点对农地所有权制度、农地承包经营权、农地使用权、农地经营主体和农地流转制度进行了总结。借鉴农地制度的经验,认为林地产权改革首先要明确林权的所有权主体,同时强化各种权利为物权,要建立有效的林地流转机制。

We has reviewed the farmland tenure institutional arrangements and changes since the reform of economy in China,we focused in the farmland property right institutions,household responsibility,farmland transfers and farmland mangers.Sharing the farmland tenure changes,we think that the reform of forestland should clear the property rights and managers and the effective forestland transfer mechanism.
