摘要
向离子缔合物GaCl4BRB(BRB是丁基罗丹明B)的甲苯萃取液中,加入pH=8.7的NaOH-KH2PO4缓冲溶液,离子缔合物解析后BRB进入水相。向其中加入与BRB颜色相近的四溴荧光素(TBF),形成的BRB2TBF再被甲苯萃取,萃取液中加入正丁醇(甲苯:正丁醇=11)。因萃取液中BRB2TBF[1]的双荧光剂协同作用,提高了测定镓的灵敏度。
Buthylrhodamine B(BRB) was produced and entered into aqueous phase when pH=8 7 buffer solution was added to toluene extractive solution of GaCl 4BRB +.And then BRB 2·TBF was extractred by tetrabromofluorescein(TBF).N butanol(toluene:n butanol=1∶1)was added to toluene extractive solution of BRB 2.TBF.The sensitivity was raised because of the assistant effect of BRB 2·TBF.The detection limit was 0 1 μg/L.Beer′ law was obeyed in the range of 0 0 15 mg/L with a relative standard deviation of 3 9% for 0 002 7% gallium in metal and the recoveries were 94 7% 105 2%.
