欧美国家档案馆参与政府信息公开的路径及其启示

对美国、英国、加拿大三国国家档案馆和国内现行文件服务中心参与政府信息公开方式的调查表明:档案馆是政府信息公开服务体系的重要组成部分。我国档案部门可从建设新型档案信息资源管理体系、深层次参与国家政府信息公开服务、加强与政府信息管理机构和图书情报机构合作等途径来提升其应对政府信息公开环境的综合能力。

Based on the investigation on the National Archives of the United States,Britain,Canada,and empirical data about the Current Records Service Center in China,the conclusion can be drawn that archives is the important component of the government information publicity service system.Our archival department should adopt following strategies to improve their comprehensive ability responding to the open government information environment：（1） building new archival information resources management systems;and（2） deeply participating in different levels government information publicity service;（3） cooperation with government information management organizations,library and information institutions,etc.
