档案学专业开设信息组织课程的教学实践与思考

随着数字型档案信息的激增,在档案学专业开设信息组织课程成为专业课程调整与改革的必然。本文从讨论开设该课程的必要性入手,结合档案和档案工作的特点,对该课程的理论体系与教学实践进行模块设计,并指出当前开设该课程存在的一些障碍因素。目的在于使档案专业人才培养更好地适应知识管理的需求,适应档案工作从档案管理向知识管理的转变。

With the rapidly increasing of digital information,the course of information organization should be added in the archival curriculum,it has become a certainty when the reformation and innovation goes on.Beginning with discussing the necessary,this article provides some dimension for its methodology and teaching practice then.It also points out that there is still some barrier at present.The aim is to adapt to the knowledge management for the archival personnel and archival work.
