注射用硫酸头孢噻利与6种输液的配伍稳定性考察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢噻利与6种输液的配伍稳定性。方法:在25℃下,将注射用硫酸头孢噻利分别与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、木糖醇注射液、转化糖注射液配伍,在24 h内考察配伍液的外观、pH值、不溶性微粒变化,用高效液相色谱法测定硫酸头孢噻利的含量。结果:硫酸头孢噻利与6种输液配伍在24 h内含量>97%,溶液外观、pH值无明显变化,不溶性微粒符合《中国药典》(2005年版)规定。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与6种输液在25℃、24 h内配伍稳定。 OBJECTIVE: To study the compatible stability of cefoselis sulfate for injection in 6 kinds of infusions. METHODS: Cefoselis sulfate for injection was mixed with 0.9% Sodium chloride injection, 5% Glucose injection, Glucose sodium chloride injection, Compound sodium chloride, Xylitol injection and invert sugar injection at 25 ℃. The external appearance,pH value and the number of insolubility particles of mixture were observed, and the content of cefoselis sulfate was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The contents of cefoselis sulfate in six kinds of mixtures were more than 97% within 24 h. Appearance and pH value had no significance change. The number of insolubility particles was also consistent with Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005 edition). CONCLUSION : Cefoselis sulfate mixed with 6 kinds of infusions at 25℃ are stable within 24 h.
