摘要
目前大部分城市交通规划往往较多考虑了汽车的通行,而忽视了城市慢行交通的设计,没有给非机动化交通提供足够的空间。为了改变我国慢行交通所处的弱势地位,在阐述城市慢行交通的特点与定位以及我国慢行交通系统的主要特征的基础上,从"以人为本"与"安全平等"的规划理念出发,以城市交通可持续发展为目标,提出了一系列城市慢行交通设计策略。
At present,automobile traffic is much more considered in the most urban transport planning,while slow traffic system planning is ignored.As a result,not enough space for non-motorized transport in cities is provided.First,this paper describes the characteristics and positioning of urban slow traffic system and the main features in China.Then,based on the philosophy of "human-centered" and idea of "safety and equality",with the sustainable development of urban traffic as the goal,this paper proposes a series of strategies for designing urban slow traffic system.
