女性农民工的“融城”困境与思想政治教育实践

On Urban Adaptation Problems of Female Peasant Workers and the Ideology and Politics Education Practice

女性农民工是农民工这个群体弱势群体中的"弱势群体",关注这一类特殊群体的生存状况,应从她们融入城市的性别分工模式和心理障碍分析入手,探讨进行思想政治教育的必要性与独特性,并完善女性农民工的法规政策,加强普法教育,着力提高她们的综合素质。要发挥妇联组织、工会组织及社区的作用,推动女性农民工融入城市的进程。

Female peasant workers are ＂vulnerable groups＂ among the vulnerable groups of peasant workers.Considering the living conditions of female peasant workers,from the perspective of gender labor division mode and psychological disorder,we should discuss the necessity and specificality specificalitysspecificity of ideology and politics education,perfect the laws,regulations and policies on female peasant workers,strengthen knowledge of laws so as to promote their comprehensive qualities.Women＇s Federation,Labors Union and community should play their roles respectively in promoting the urban adaptation process of female peasant workers.
