北京市女子足球运动发展现状调查

The Survey and Analysis on Development Condition of Woman Football in Beijing

在当前世界女足蓬勃发展与中国女足日益相对落后的背景下,站在世界女足及中国女足整体发展高度,选取在中国女足发展历程中具有典型代表意义的北京市女子足球运动作为研究对象,主要运用文献资料法和实地考察、专家访谈及问卷调查法等,在对北京女足生存现状系统剖析基础上,揭示了北京女足发展存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了发展对策。通过分析显示北京女子足球在管理体制上,亟待提升女足工作专门化、专业化及制度化水平;在青少年梯队建设上,应坚持以事业拨款为主原则,加大对女足投入,尤其需加强对最基层女足投入;在学校普及系列发展上,应充分利用北京高校资源优势,并树立、发挥女足发展"体教结合"品牌、示范效应,拓宽青少年女足发展出路;在教练员队伍建设上,应加强制度保障建设等,以推进北京女足发展及中国女足重铸辉煌。

Facing the contrast between the flourish of globe football and comparatively backwardness of Chinese, this paper explored the current problems existed in the evolving process of Beijing woman football team, who took a typical representative place in the history of Chinese woman football development, on the basis of analyzing the present survival of it by adapting the methods of literature review, field investigation,expert interviews and questionnaire survey, etc. Standing in the world and Chinese women football overall development height, a serial of development countermeasures is put forwarded. The analysis showed that the management system of woman football in Beijing needed to enhance the work of specialization,specialization and institutionalization; secondly,in adolescents echelon building, funding should continue to adhere to the woman football cause mainly in form of government appropriation in general and to the most primary in particular;thirdly, to popularize woman football in schools, it is important to make a full use of Beijing universities advantages in resources, and establish woman football as an example of the combination of training and education brand and demonstration effect, which will broaden the way out for players; fourthly, in the construction of coaches, strengthen the institutionalization of security and so on, to promote the development of Beijing and the Chinese woman football.
