盐城航空口岸鼠患评估方法及防治策略研究

Rat invasion evaluation and control strategy of Yancheng aviation port

目的为确立适合航空口岸范围内鼠类侵害程度分级指标值,并据此确立灭鼠策略。方法以盐城民航站外延400 m范围各类型单位室内室外作为研究对象,目测法检查鼠征房间,食饵（花生米）法检查室外消耗率,分析阳性频度分布趋势,建立鼠类侵害程度分级指标值。结果根据鼠征阳性率范围均值、离散度以及口岸卫生检疫实践,提出航空口岸范围鼠征（食饵）法侵害程度分级标准：Ⅰ级（不足为害）,侵害率0~2%;Ⅱ级（轻度侵害）,侵害率2%~10%;Ⅲ级（中度侵害）,侵害率10%~30%;Ⅳ级（重度侵害）,侵害率≥30%以上。结论提出用鼠征（食饵）法确立航空口岸范围鼠类侵害程度分级标准,为类似生境航空口岸范围鼠情防治提供设想。

Objective To establish the classification index which is fit for the scope of aviation port,and then propose the strategy to prevent and control the rat invasion by the index range.Methods Investigating the units and positive rate indoor and outdoor by rat muck and harass on the scope of 400 m aviation port.Analysing the trend of frequenccy distribution,building up the index reference scope of rat invasion dgree.Results Considering the rate of rat muck positive range distribution,the average,the dispersion and the health quarantine practice,four grades and index were established by rat muck： 0-2% was no harmful,2%-10% was light,10%-20% was middle and≥30% was heavy.Conclusion The rat invasion standard by the degree of density with food consume degree on the scope of aviation port is necessary and useful to kill the rodents,which is a good imagination for monitoring,preventing and controlling on the similarity airports.
