香菇多糖对军队离退休干部长期卧床患者肺部感染的干预作用

Effect of Lentinan on Pulmonary Infection of Long-Term Bedridden Elderly Veterans

目的:观察香菇多糖能否提高军队离退休干部长期卧床患者机体免疫功能,以降低肺部感染发生率、提高治愈率,进而降低死亡率。方法:62例长期卧床患者随机分成不使用香菇多糖的对照组和香菇多糖治疗组,持续治疗12个月。2组患者治疗前后查免疫生化学指标,并观察12个月中肺部感染的发生率、治愈率及死亡率。结果:使用香菇多糖后IgG、IgA、IgM等免疫参数有显著提高;肺部感染的发生率显著减少(P<0.05),死亡率显著减少(P<0.01);临床症状、体征与X线胸片改善时间大幅缩短(P<0.05);抗生素费用显著减少(P<0.01),能有效降低长期卧床患者因肺部感染而导致的死亡率。结论:香菇多糖能提高长期卧床患者机体免疫功能,降低肺部感染发生率、提高治愈率,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of lentinan on pulmonary infection of long-term bedridden elderly veterans. Methods 62 long-term bedridden elderly veterans were randomly divided into the lentinan group and the control group. Results After treatment,the lentinan group showed significant increase in the concentrations of IgA,IgG and IgM, and obvious decrease in the incidence of pulmonary infection and the risk of death. The objective response rate was significantly increasced and the improving time was obviously shorten for the clinical symptom, the sign and the examination of chest-X-rays in the lentinan group. Conclusion The results show that lentinan is effective for improving immune functions in long-term bedridden elderly veterans, can obviously decrease the incidence of pulmonary infection and the risk of death.
