冻干重组人脑钠利肽治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察硝普钠与冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭(ADHF)的疗效。方法:对179例ADHF患者在基础抗心衰治疗上分别应用硝普钠和冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。结果:冻干重组人脑利钠肽组总有效率(91.2%)显著高于硝普钠组(79.5%);两组治疗前后的心功能状况,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期最大充盈速度(E)与舒张晚期最大充盈速度(A)的比值(E/A)、每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、呼吸困难均可得到明显的改善。但冻干重组人脑利钠肽可以更明显地改善心功能、降低住院病死率、不增加心率和室性心律失常、不降低平均动脉压(MAP)、不加重肾功能损害。结论:冻干重组人脑利钠肽可以更明显地改善ADHF患者心功能且具有更高的临床有效率而无明显的毒副作用。
