检测糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的应用探讨

摘要 目的:探讨检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病及其并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择我院已确诊的糖尿病患者65例作为观察组,选取来我院健康体检的正常健康人60例作为对照组,测定空腹血糖和HbA1c。结果:观察组空腹血糖及HbA1c均显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);65例糖尿病患者有并发症者30例,HbA1c平均14.9±2.5%,无并发症35例,HbA1c平均9.7±1.6%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:HbA1c与血糖联合检测对糖尿病诊断、血糖控制及并发症防治上具有重要临床意义。
