摘要
建立了远红外干燥机内物料单元与其他单元间辐射换热的方程组及物料失水方程,进行了举例计算分析,计算结果与实测值相符。
The characteristic of farinfrared drying on biological product is different from that of convective hotairflow drying. In this paper, the heat and mass transfer models of biological products at each cell in farinfrared fixdryer were established. The absorbing heat and average dehydrating rate of lentinus edodes during farinfrared drying were calculated and analyzed. The results agree with experimental data. However, a certain unevenness in the dryer was detected. It shows that the models of absorbing heat and dehydrating rate of biological products in the farinfrared fixeddryer can be obtained by establishing the equations of heat radiation and dehydration in interspace cells.
