摘要
采用优化设计与有限元分析相结合,使B4125型柴油机连杆在不超过原有质量和工况条件下,达到目标函数——疲劳安全系数最大,以确保连杆的工作可靠性。通过计算得到了一些有价值的结果。
In this paper, the optimum technique of complex method and finite element analysis were used for the design of connecting rod. Under the prerequisite of nonexcess of the weight of connecting rod, the parameters can be optimized to get the maximum fatigue safety coefficient and to guarantee the reliability of connecting rod of a diesel engine. In the course of the research, the complex optimum method was improved and software packages by FORTRAN were compiled, such as the complex method optimum programming, FEA programming, and interpreting programming of FEA data. The calculating results of this example are proved to be useful and applicable also to the others.
