摘要
根据静水应力分量能够抑制材料延性破坏的重要特性,从能量角度提出了聚碳酸酯模拟材料塑性变形的破裂准则,并进行了试验验证。该准则可用于聚碳酸酯类模拟材料塑性变形的破裂预测,有利于金属塑性成形光塑性物理模拟试验的开发。
The rupture of polycarbonate imitative materials caused by plastic deformation is predicted. The predicted materials used for simulating the rupture rule are deformed in cold forging process. To develop a proper way to test the optical plasticities of metal plastic deformation, a physical simulating method has to be used. Because the metal materials can't be actually ruptured during deformative tests.The conclusions are: (1)the plastic deformation work of polycarbonate materials, when it is ruptured, is not a constant but varies with the heightdiameter ratio of test samples; (2)the hydrostatic stress is an important factor influencing the extensive damage of polycarbonate materials; (3)a rupture criterion of polycarbonate materials is developed.
