Investigation on Medical Student Employment in Primary Hospitals

仅16.3%的调查对象愿意去基层医疗机构就业,其余均表示不愿意。如果要求毕业后去基层工作2年,则93.5%的学生愿意,其中74.0%学生提出要求。

Research Center of Global Health and Social Development in Peking University has chosen a medical college in Beijing and carried out an investigation on student employment. The results show that only 16.3% students would like to go to work in primary hospitals, while the others all said no. If they have to work in primary hospitals, 93.5% students agreed, while 74% of them raised certain requirements.
